Jobs that need to be done

  • 1. Collaborate with the overseas R&D  Team and related departments to draft, update,  and modify inspection standards for raw materialsand finished products for  the factory
  • 2. Inspect input raw materials, quality inspection  during the production stage, and finished product inspection before shipment at the factory and  external processing units
  • 3. Collect data, analyze causes, and propose  measures to respond to quality incidents  Negotiate and contract Master demos of our software.

Targeted jobs (Depending on the level, salary increase, and promotion will be considered)

  • 1. Advise on planning for standardization within  the company and quality management. Build and perfect the factory's quality management system
  • 2.  Quality management in the production line.  Standardize production stages
  • 3. Quality management of raw materials and  components from suppliers. Monitor and  collaborate with suppliers to improve quality,  reduce error rates, and cut costs
  • 4. Investigate, and collect data related to  complaints and report results to customers.  Troubleshoot and take measures to prevent errors from recurring. 
  • 5. Manage testing equipment, jigs, and limited  samples in the factory. 
  • 6. Training inspection staff. Training related to  quality assurance in the factory. 

Candidate requirements

  • 1. Male/Female graduated from  University/College in technical fields
  • 2.  1-2 years experience at manufacturing  companies
  • 3. English: Read and write well. Basic Listening and Speaking
  • 4. Have knowledge and practical experience in at  least one of the following tools: 5W2H, 7 QC Tool, 5 Why, 8D, etc
  • 5. Eager to learn, good thinking, and  attitude.
