  ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​Production of BBQ Grills, Metal Products and Sheet Metal Components

1. Opportunities, Salary, and benefits.

  • Working hours: 6 days/week. Saturday off if production is completed.

2. Job content 

  • Metal Production Line Management (BBQ Grills): 
  • Directly manage and operate the metal fabrication and assembly line for BBQ grill and sheet metal products. 
  • Plan daily, weekly and monthly production to ensure on-time delivery and productivity targets. 
  • Assign and balance manpower for different processes in the grill production line. 
  • Monitor production progress and solve technical or manpower problems. 
  • Coordinate closely with Planning, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse and Engineering teams. 
     

You will be responsible for the following manufacturing processes: 

  • Sheet metal cutting, stamping and forming. 
  • Welding processes (MIG, TIG, spot welding). 
  • Grinding, deburring and surface finishing. 
  • Assembly of grill components and final product. 
  • Packing and handover to warehous 
  • Quality management in the production line: 
  • Establish [Standards Operating Process] and work instructions for the production process. 
  • Propose and promote the implementation of quality management plans as well as standardization within the company. 
  • Handle and implement countermeasures related to abnormalities that occur during the process. 
  • Prepare for producing new products. 
  • Learn and research new product production methods. 
  • Prepare production line. Conduct trial production to ensure mass production. 
  • Work environment. 
  • Propose and promote the implementation of measures to ensure a working environment. 
  • Consider and implement plans to improve the working environment 

3. Candidate requirements 

  • Male/Female graduated from University/College in technical fields. 
  • At least 2 years of experience at a manufacturing factory in metal production line management. 
  • Experience in setting operating standards and 5S management in production lines. 
  • Have worker training ability and skill English: Read and write well. Basic Listening and Speaking. (Equivalent to Toeic 450-650) 
  • Eager to learn, good thinking, and attitude.
