2️⃣ Job Responsibilities
① Accounting Operations
· Update and communicate changes in
accounting laws and regulations.
· Prepare, manage, and archive
accounting books and documents.
· Supervise and guide day-to-day
accounting tasks.
② Income & Expenditure
Management
· Handle all transactions via banks
and cash (receipts and payments).
· Manage accounts receivable/payable
and debt settlements.
③ Audit Coordination
· Liaise with auditing firms: manage
contracts and audit processes.
· Support auditors and ensure
compliance with audit requirements.
④ Tax Management
· Handle tax declarations, payments,
and refunds per current regulations.
· Monitor and ensure transparent,
accurate tax records.
· Work directly with government
authorities when required.
⑤ Financial Reporting & Analysis
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and
annual financial statements.
· Develop management and cash-flow
forecast reports.
· Analyze business performance and
advise management on financial strategy.

Candidate Requirements
· University/College degree in
Accounting or Finance. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting at an FDI
manufacturing company.
· Knowledge and experience in export
tax refunds.
· Skilled in management reporting and
data analysis for decision support.
· Good command of English (spoken and
written).
· Responsible, eager to learn, and
proactive in work.
· Experience with Odoo ERP is
an advantage.
